Welcome to the Rushmere YM Tennis Club Website
The
main tennis season usually runs from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in September. There are club sessions
for all on Tuesday evenings from 6.0pm and Saturday afternoons from 2.0pm. From October to March there is social play
on Saturdays from 1.0pm.
The games are arranged using a board system. The person at the bottom of the board chooses
a four from the bottom eight, and should aim for a well balanced game. It is important that all members, especially new ones,
should be included and made to feel welcome.
If you are interested in joining us you are invited to attend
three club sessions at £2 per visit (from October to March the visitors fee is £3). If you then wish
to join you can apply for membership, and joining documents will be issued if your application is successful.
If
you would like to come along please phone Lisa Jacobs (07941-196142) so that arrangements can be made for a committee member
to greet you on your first visit.
